Brewster Street Icehouse started with a simple idea: build the kind of place where everybody feels welcome, and there is always a reason to stick around a little longer.
Since opening our doors in 2006, Brewster Street has been bringing Corpus Christi together over good food, live music, family nights, game days, happy hours, celebrations, and plenty of stories that probably get better every time they are told.
What started with one old building in the heart of Downtown Corpus Christi has grown into three distinctly Brewster locations across the Coastal Bend. Each one has its own personality, but the recipe has not changed much: great food, family-friendly spaces, live entertainment, Texas hospitality, and a laid-back atmosphere built for a good time.
Come hungry. Bring the kids. Meet up with friends. Catch a show. Watch the game. Stay for another round. Around here, there is no wrong way to Brewster.
How We Got Here
Downtown
The original Brewster. Housed in a historic 1932 building across from Whataburger Field, Downtown opened right in the middle of the action and has stayed there ever since. Today it is known for great food, pre-game crowds, and ticketed live shows featuring national touring artists and Texas favorites.
Southside
Your neighborhood Brewster. Southside is built for the whole crew with a beer garden, wraparound deck, big screens, a 2,500 square foot playground, and plenty of room to eat, drink, watch the game, and let the kids run wild.
On the Island
Brewster, waterfront. Pull up by boat or by road for good food, live music, laid-back island vibes, and some of the best sunset views in Corpus Christi.
Here for a Good Time
Through every new location, packed concert, family dinner, birthday, game day, happy hour and sunset, the heart of Brewster Street has stayed the same.
